FREIGHT & SHIPPING CHARGE POLICY
- All items sold by Oasis Tile have a set shipping charge based on the item’s weight.
- Some of our items have FREE SHIPPING, that are shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States only. See below: FREE SHIPPING ON SELECT ITEMS.
- A shipping charge will apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- We do combine shipping for multiple items purchased during the same checkout going to the same address. If you buy more items you save.
- All large format porcelain and vinyl tiles will incur a shipping charge of $149 per shipment.
- All freight orders will be shipped to curbside delivery only. Any modification to the shipment such as liftgate or inside delivery will result in extra charges and must be paid upfront prior to delivery.
- Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the Contiguous U.S.
- All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico transit time will be 7-14 business days.
- Oasis Tile will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.
- Oasis Tile will NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes.
- Oasis Tile bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: weather storms, employee strikes or any other complication caused on behalf of our affiliated Shipping carriers.
- For expedited shipments please call our office at 1-866-392-1659 prior to placing your order so we can guarantee same day shipping.
- Orders which are placed after 2pm EST will ship out the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING ON SELECT ITEMS
When you pick out the tile for your bathroom, kitchen, backsplash, or pool, the last thing you want is to run out midway through your project. Even if you carefully calculated the exact square footage you’d need, you may find that tiles get broken, especially when you have to trim them down for those pesky edges.
Other times, you might discover that a measurement that was off by just a fraction has been enough to keep you from being able to finish. When you shop with us, buying in bulk helps you save!
Most orders will ship free, eliminating the shipping charge and leaving you with more value for your money as well as ensuring that you have all the tiles you need the first time.

Free ground shipping applies to most orders shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States only. Expedited shipping will incur extra charges based on weight and distance.
RETURNS & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We recommend ordering a sample before buying material.
Oasis Tile offers a refund for returns within 30 days of delivery date to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. Return subject to inspection and there is a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. We will NOT refund any money for packages returned without issuing a Return Authorization number.
- All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact.
- All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Any items that have been painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Items sold in full box quantities must be returned by the box.
We do not take any returns on sample orders.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all customers that refuse their shipment or return their order without contacting Oasis Tile for an RMA number.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON DISCONTINUED ITEMS
OUR RETURN PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your credit or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that items showing signs of damage in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Oasis Tile return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN
To return an item to Oasis Tile, follow our three step process:
- For your Return Authorization Code, contact our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number. Clearly mark the return package with this RMA number.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
- Insure Your Package. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Oasis Tile. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.
- You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at email@example.com
DELIVERY AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Inspect all deliveries even if you do not plan on using the tiles right away.
- If items are damaged on arrival an exchange will be made or credit issued.
- Pictures MUST be taken as well as writing down any visible damage such as a crushed box, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.
- If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and contact our customer service department immediately.
- Customers must inspect each box upon delivery to make sure they received the items they ordered. All claims of incorrect items must be made within 5 business days.
