Freight & Shipping Charge Policy

• Most items ordered from Oasis Tile are shipped via UPS.
• All items sold by Oasis Tile have a set shipping charge based on the item’s weight.
• Some of our items have FREE SHIPPING, that are shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States only.
• A shipping charge will apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• We do combine shipping for multiple items purchased during the same checkout going to the same address. If you buy more items you save.
• All large format porcelain and vinyl tiles will incur a shipping charge of $149 per shipment.
• All freight orders will be shipped to curb side delivery only. Any modification to the shipment such as liftgate or inside delivery will result in extra charges and must be paid upfront prior to delivery. 

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the Contiguous U.S. 
• All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico transit time will be 7-14 business days.
• Oasis Tile will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.
• Oasis Tile will NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes.

Shipping Delays

• Oasis Tile bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: weather storms, employee strikes or any other complication caused on behalf of our affiliated Shipping carriers.

Expedited Shipping

• For expedited shipments please call our office at 1-866-392-1659 prior to placing your order so we can guarantee same day shipping. 
• Orders which are placed after 2pm EST will ship out the next business day.
